Payment & Cancellation Policy

To help keep things smooth and respectful for everyone’s time, here’s what to know:

• All clients must keep a current credit card on file.

• First-time clients are required to prepay in full when booking their session.

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will receive full credit toward a future session.

• Cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment will be charged a 50% fee.

• Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

• A one-time courtesy reschedule is allowed within the 72-hour window, if space allows.

• Repeat last-minute changes may still result in a fee.

Treatment Space Rules

• Please silence your cellular device, electronic watch, or other noise making device. Distraction free zone.

• Advise me about any medical condition that is new or existing. Safety is #1

• I will not tolerate any misconduct that makes anyone uncomfortable. This is a safe space.

• Let me know if you are in need of anything changed about the room to fit your level of comfort such as table temperature, music, or scent if using aromatherapy.

• This is your session. Breathe and get cozy, let your mind wander.

• Be sure to drink water after your session and take it easy on yourself for the rest of the day.
